FAQ

Are your sweets vegan?

Of course they are! I'm vegan myself and that's what made me start Sweet & Kind. I couldn't take the cruelty that goes into 'normal' sweets (as if sweets made of bones and skin 'normal').

You won't find any beeswax, honey, shellac, gelatine, cochineal, milk or any other animal bits in our lovely sweeties.

Are your sweets gluten free?

Nearly 20 of our sweeties are gluten free. Find the full ingredients list here.

And we even do a special gluten free Pick & Mix selection too.

Do you sweets contain nuts?

Most of our sweeties are nut-free, but check our ingredient list here just to be sure which ones.

How long do your sweets keep for?

Our sweeties bags come with a 2 month best before date (which you find on the bottom of the bag). This is because they come in compostable bags that don't actually last very long themselves! You can keep your sweeties longer by transferring them to an airtight container.

The same goes for our Pick & Mix boxes.

Sweetie jars come with a best before date which is much longer than our bags and boxes since they are airtight.

Are you plastic free?

We're getting there!

Our sweeties either come in reusable glass jars or compostable bags and boxes. Only a few of the sweeties we use come in plastic wrapping but we're slowly phasing those ones out.

How do you deliver?

We use Royal Mail and trust them to deliver your sweeties safely.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping starts at £2.95.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ApplePay, and PayPal.

How about refunds?

Sorry but we only issue refund for items that are either broken or missing and do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about your purchase.

We hope your item is delivered to you exactly how we packed and sent it over. In the very unlikely event that it is damaged or faulty please send us an email straight away at sweetandkind.vegan@outlook.com. We also might need some photographic evidence if the box is damaged.

Once we've received your return and we have checked it out, we'll send you an email and let you know exactly when you'll receive your full refund.

I don't live in the UK. Can I still order sweets?

Yes you can!
