How can I order?Depends what you're ordering! If you live locally, we have a select menu of crepes, brownies, sweets and shakes that can be delivered via Deliveroo, Just Eat or Uber Eats, or collected from our kitchen. A wider range of preordered sweets, personalised bakes and treats can be ordered directly from our website.
When will my order be posted?Orders are posted out Monday and Thursday every week.
How is my order sent?We used Royal Mail 1st class as our standard delivery, or DPD for next day delivery.
What if I or the recipient isn't home?Someone needs to be home to sign for/collect the delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for items that have been spoiled due to being left outside.
Can I collect?Yes you can! Select collection when you order either through the website or with one of our delivery partners. If you're ordering through the website, your order will be ready by 12pm the next day. If you're ordering through one of our delivery partners, your order should be ready within 20-25mins after the order is placed.

How about allergies?Everything is made and packed in our 5* rated kitchen. We use SOYA, WHEAT & NUTS in our products. Our products may contain MILK or EGG due to manufacturing methods of some of suppliers, therefore they are not suitable for WHEAT, SOYA, NUT, MILK & EGG allergy sufferers. Why are your delivery orders via delivery partners so expensive?We don't have our own delivery drivers yet so we rely on our delivery partners to do that bit for us. That means when we work out our products costs we have to take their fees into consideration. If you'd like a cheaper option, you can order directly and arrange a collection.
Are you plastic free?We use recyclable and compostable packaging for everything that we pack or make in our kitchen. Some of the products we order in (lollipops and some sweets) are pre-packaged in plastic though.
How can I pay?We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal.
Wrong address?If you've given us the wrong address at your time of order, just send us an email with your order number and the correct address, firstname.lastname@example.org
Sending a gift?All orders through our website have the option to add a gift message.
Damaged products?We hope your item is delivered to you exactly how we packed and sent it over. In the very unlikely event that it is damaged or faulty please send us an email straight away at email@example.com. We also need some photographic evidence if the box is damaged.
Once we've received your email and we have checked it out, we'll send you an email and let you know exactly when you'll receive your full refund.
